Out gardening on this sunny day when my first monarch of the season came flitting through the plants. She was finding all of my milkweed and laying eggs! Beautiful bright colors, untattered wings - I think she is newly eclosed . Watched her for at least 15 minutes, then came into the house to file this report. She is still in the yard and still laying eggs. It is about 12:30 PM now.
