Cold Spring

Over the past 41 days only 5 days have been above the average daytime high. Two of those days were the 18th and 19th of April which was just over a month ago. The good news is that over the next 8 days temperatures are to be above the average high. This should really help the swamp milkweed that I have. Just in time for the arrival of the monarchs which happens right around the end of May. Waystation # 4006

The picture is of a second year plant and it’s only about 1½ inches high at this time.
