Milkweed Garden in Hackensack, New Jersey still waiting for the First egg!

On May 17th I reported the first signs of milkweed at ½”. Then on May 24th the milkweed had more than doubled it height to 1-1/2”. I was so happy to hear that the monarch are going to be a little late to the northeast this year. My garden is a gorgeous as ever and so is the one my students have in the schoolyard! I’ll be more diligent now with my egg hunting!!!
