Not a Monarch sighted yet – not an egg that I’ve noticed yet on my milkweed plants that are growing taller and taller and the blossoms are getting ready to burst into bloom. I’ll be looking and will report. I did not see one Monarch last year, but the year before was incredibly plentiful – could not believe how many were enjoying my 8 ft Butterfly Bush. Last year even my Butterfly bush was unhappy – starting very, very late but with very few visitors – and no Monarchs. It’s so much fun to watch nature in bloom.
