Things continue to look promising at this location in northwestern Wisconsin. After a long, cold, snowy winter, we are having a wet, late spring and summer. Caterpillars are numerous and there are hopes of good Monarch numbers by the 4th of July. Predators and/or disease have so far been much fewer than the last two years. Photo montage captures some of the last few days scenes on our back hill.
