On June 25, 2014 I was working in my butterfly garden and a female Monarch landed on my butterfly bush. I could tell she had been migrating. Her wings were all torn and the color of her body was so pale. Today, June 26th, I released three more butterflies. Two females and one male. Yesterday, June 25th I released two males.
