Although I have noticed chewed leaves on the common milkweed I grow, I have not seen caterpillars, eggs or adults. Yesterday (Saturday) was the first day I noticed a single adult monarch butterfly. It went very quickly from plant to plant so I was not able to determine if it was a female or male. Will monitor the milkweed for signs of eggs or caterpillars
