I saw a female Monarch visiting some of the 70 common and swamp milkweed plants in my garden. She was laying eggs (15 at least) and feeding. I saw no Monarchs last year, but numerous ones in the 3 previous years. I'm concerned the ants will eat many eggs. How do you prevent that?
