Adult Monarch spotted along Esker Lake trail at Parr Lake North. Monarch was spotted on west side of lake along the pathway. Unable to determine sex as the Monarch was quite active. Spotted butterfly at 13:10, 13:27 and 13:33 in the same area so I am making an assumption it is the same butterfly. There is numerous milkweed that is growing around the north lake.
Weather conditions: Humidity-56%, Wind - WNW at 26KPH and partly cloudy.
Unable to capture photograph as butterfly was too active.
