Monarch on my milkweed (in full bloom) at 10:35AM CDT. I wiki-ed the tropical milkweed and that's what mine looks like. I don't know exactly. The container I bought it in just said "milkweed". I bought it from Redenta's nursery in the spring and it didn't specify the variety.

Editor's Note: We are assuming the observer is correct and this is Asclepias curassavica.
