One female visited our milkweed patch 15 minutes ago - flying from plant to plant and exhibiting egg-laying behavior. We have found one egg so far. Update: She's back!
Unfortunately our milkweed is just infested with orange aphids so not very appetizing. A few plants are clean. We will collect eggs as we find them.
Hallelujah! First of the season!
