One male monarch adult and one 5th instar caterpillar were sighted July 13 on Asclepias speciosa milkweed patches that were growing along Highway 95 near where it intersects with Penrose Ln a few miles north of downtown Yerington, Nevada Lat: 39.097366 Long: -119.180858 Elevation 4,331 feet.
