Sarah Steadman, her son, Carter Steadman (aka "The Monarch Kid"), and I searched the foliage of my backyard Common Milkweed (Asclepias syriaca)plants today, and found 20 Monarch eggs. All eggs will be reared by Carter at his home in South Riding, Loudoun County.
