This larva is the first Monarch sighting of any kind this year. Better late than never. This appears to be the most northerly sighting so far. With a bit of luck we will soon report an adult sighting and the Monarchs will continue their migration on throughout the prairies.
Editor's Note: This sighting was reported in the 'larva' category. We are adding it to 'monarch' since it's evidence that monarch adults are present at this location.
