Scott County MN highway department mowed a huge swath of my roadside today without warning taking out 3 patches of milkweed and killing native plants such as big bluestem which were just beginning to bloom. I am beyond outraged! Not only mine but all the way down my 1/2 mile long culdesac plus how many others. Hundreds if not thousand of acres of habitat loss. Unbelievable!
