My son watched a female lay eggs in my garden. A couple hours later my brother called from the east side of Michigan to say he observed a female laying eggs in his garden. This was a first for both of them. Found a first instar in Traverse City on 8/2/14 and rescued a female monarch that flew into a store on Grayling on 8/3/14. Great to see all the monarch activity this summer.
