My husband spotted a mature bald eagle around April, 2014. I spotted 3 juvy bald eagles at various times this summer, the last time being 8/4/14. They frequently fly over our small town of Shadyside, Ohio. I am familiar with the sound they make, as I have been watching the nest cam of the Hays bald eagles, Pittsburgh. The nesting/roosting area seems to be at the crest of the hill or slightly over on the other side. You would have to cross privately owned land to find them or perhaps would find easier with a helicopter. I do not have any suitable pics to upload. Another location that I spotted 3 juvy bald eagles was at Wheeling, WV (Elm Grove area).
