we had a male Monarch about three weeks ago and then the female, finally, last week. We watched her lay eggs and then she was gone. Most of the eggs have been eaten by birds..lots of yellow warblers around..and so I have taken a plant into the house and there is one wee cat on it. Sigh. We had no adults visit us last year, and now this. But it is better than before. I hope this will help.
