I was at a block party today after the Bud Billikin parade in Chicago and a monarch butterfly landed on my shoulder and stayed there for several minutes while we watched it. It flew away and landed on my shoulder again about an hour later. It was the strangest thing. I am 43 years old and I have never seen a monarch butterfly in the inner City or a butterfly that would land on people and just sit there. That is why I researched it on the Internet and how I found your site. It was very intriguing.
