My common milkweed is beginning to yellow and the leaves are being attacked by aphids. The swamp milkweed is flowering, but the leaves are turning a maroon/purple color and some monarchs are drifting by, feeding on the flowers of the swamp, but not laying many eggs on either type. Any thoughts about what is wrong with my plants?
