Monarch Waystation #271 in Newport News Virginia reports one 5th instar larva seen feeding on Tropical Milkweed in my front yard. It was also seen the next day eating, but hasn't been seen since. Hopefully it went on "walkabout" and pupated somewhere in the yard. I never saw the female lay the eggs.
