Saw a flock of very large white birds with black wing tips circling in a lazy manner over the intersection of Inkster and Mandalay at 11 am on the 11th of August. Probably ten or more individuals, all white (no individuals in juvenile plumage.) I will upload a photo shortly, though it came out quite blurry.
