Five monarch caterpillars sighted on Swamp Milkweed plant in my garden, all in 4th to 5th instar. I later found two carcasses that had been predated by assassin bugs. I watched one caterpillar move off the milkweed into adjacent plants, presumably pupate. Other two caterpillars have vanished.
