I was driving in southern Allen County (south of Ft. Wayne, near Hoagland, IN) and a Monarch butterfly flew right in front of my car while I was at a stop sign! so pretty! Then, when I got home to my house, in southern Ft. Wayne, I spotted a large Monarch butterfly in my backyard, by my zinnias! It flew on and didn't stay long tho!
I was so happy to see them both in one day!
Also saw a happy Monarch on Friday afternoon, Aug.8th, in my backyard , resting on my zinnias and eating back there. It was fluttering around back there for 20 minutes!
