Sadly, we are seeing signs of fall; the birds are all feeding as if they are fattening up for migration or winter survival. We need to replace various seed types in 6 feeders almost every 48 hours right now (some feeders are 5 lbs of seed!). We have not seen a robin in weeks. We also saw a Virginia Rail in our backyard last week, so we think it's migration time for them.
