Have been continuing to observe monarch caterpillars in my garden (about 30 common milkweed plus 3 butterfly weed), but did not see any more today. Know the location in the garden of three chrysalis, one just formed on 8-20-14.

In the nearby school butterfly garden (established in May 2014), observing one large (about 1 1/2 inches long) larvae and 3 small (about 1/2 inch long), feeding on common milkweed.
