I have 4 adults here, 2 males & 2 egg laying females.

I had a lull in monarch activity in the month of June, but it's been very busy here ever since.

The 2 butterfly gardens I monitor in Monroe,Louisiana (one north of town & other south) have not had any monarchs present since spring time.

Our weather is going into a more normal heat pattern next few days. Mid to upper 90's,high humidity, light south winds.
It's the hottest we've been all summer long. Also been awhile since we have had some rain.
