Female adult Monarch left approximately 35 eggs and also found 14 caterpillars so I'm guessing she had been here a few days earlier and I didn't see her. She was beautiful and showed no signs of aging as torn wings etc. She stayed for a couple of days, we had a very heavy rain late in the afternoon and I never saw her again.
