I sighted four adult monarchs at the large pond at Fairland Regional Park in Laurel, Maryland. There were two males and two females, and all looked healthy and active. They were mainly feeding from large clumps of swamp milkweed around the pond, though they were also engaged in some territorial displays (with each other and several tiger and spicebush swallowtails).
