Monarch Larva Sighted
Sightings report image

Date: 08/21/2014

Number: 5

After examining the milkweed in the garden, I discovered five monarch larva. It appears to me that this is a better year for the monarch than last year. Sightings are more numerous for eggs, larva, and adult. I am anxious to observe the migration at its peak. The summer has been wetter and not as hot as 2013.
