I found three eggs on milkweed along a busy path. I took them home and raised them in an old aquarium container. They are now chrysalises. One larva took 17 days from hatching to chrysalis and other two took 18 days. They became chrysalises on 8/14/ 14, 8/15/14, and 8/19/14. After they break out from the chrysalises I will let them go free to begin their flight to Mexico.
