Very warm and humid today! A fresh female, perched in the tall grass, flew away southward when I tried to get a closer look. 1 monarch fluttering in the yard and another flying by in a southerly direction. Also saw a male with deformed hind wings, he's been nectaring around the yard for a few days now.
