We have established the Rosalynn Carter Butterfly Trail in Plains, GA to promote habitat for butterflies. We have 11 small gardens around Plains with each containing host and nectar plants for monarch butterflies. The trail now expands beyond Plains with public, private and school gardens joining the trail. The trail begins at the private garden of President and Mrs. Jimmy Carter in Plains.
