on Aug 23, 2014, ca. 4.15 pm, I saw the last hummingbird so far on my feeders. The entire week before they came very rarely to the feeder. Only 2 different females (differ in size) did I detect. In summer they were several chicks on the feeders (half the size than the adults). Last year I saw the last one on Sept 13, 2013. I believe we'll get an early fall and winter this year. They're leaving 3 weeks earlier than in the previous years. The young ones have left already good 2 weeks ago. Approx. Aug 9, 2014.
