Yesterday on the 25th I made fresh nectar, cleaned the feeders, and filled them. Went out earlier this a.m. (forgot to report in)and noticed that almost all of the feeders are empty. So going to make another batch and keep my fingers crossed my little ones will return later to eat. They are loving my plants and wild flowers that are growing all around the side of the house. I live on a 25 acre horse farm so alot of property and wild flowers all over for them. Earlier during the month the birds did alot of feeding off the plants but now they are preparing for their flight and concentrating more on the feeders that's the way I am seeing it being the feeders are just about empty. Hope they get enough to make their jouney and be safe and I will welcome them back next year. They are such actors and their shows they put on I will miss that but I know they will back. :0) Till later
