We've had over 6+ Monarchs in our back yard daily for over the last week. They are attracted to 3 different species of Silphium ( members of the Asteraceae or Compositae family. the most popular seems to be Cup Plant Silphium perfoliatum, the other two species we grow and the monarchs visit are Compass Plant Silphium laciniatum and Rosinweed Silphium integrifolium
