Watched 3 adults nectaring on my salvia and zinnias. Feeding so aggressively their heads were bobbing up and down. They kept flying off into the birch or locust trees by the deck then returning. During this time we were swarmed by hundreds of green darners and within 20-30 minutes at least 100 swallows came to feed. Amazing sight! Monarchs were up fazed by the spectacle.
