Had seen 2 Monarchs after a release was done in North Bay, ON in June. They found my milkweed and soon found 4 caterpillars. Only know where one went to so will watch for the hatch. Hopefully there will be 4 nice beautiful butterflies to fly South. I did in the meantime see a new hatch flying about the garden sometime ago so not sure where it went. It has been 2 years since I had Monarchs here. I have seen some painted ladies but not many.
