I should have reported this when I found it, but thought I would add it now. Found this 3rd or 4th instar on Common Milkweed near the edge of a light forest on our property. It had plenty of Milkweed and a safe place to develop, so I didn't capture it. Perfect summertime temperatures and conditions for larval development.
