There were at least a hundred butterflies perched in the trees on our farm in rural southeastern ND. We spotted them about 18 hours ago for the first time and they are still here today (9/2/14).

Editor's note: We have dated this report to September 1 since the roost was sighted 18 hours prior to 9/2.
