I spotted the bald eagle flying low -perhaps 30 feet or so -over York Rd, from over the Timonium fairgrounds to over the shopping center opposite. It was low enough for me to see details, like the white of its tail feathers and even its distinctive head and beak. It seemed to be flying in an almost leisurely way and was very graceful to behold.
