During Paris Fair I observed 3 within a few minutes, all flying West. 2 of 3 landed on Common Milkweed plants briefly. Could not see any breeding signs on Milkweed, however an extensive search was not done. There were a lot of Milkweed plants on the side of the hill in this area.
