Gardens and habitat are relatively quiet today as "The Boys" left on August 31--one day before very unstable weather and nasty thunderstorms occurred. Two weeks prior to August 31 "The Boys" were everywhere in the habitat, and we were seeing 3-5 hummingbirds at every feeder. I was distributing 8 cups of nectar a day. Today was very, quiet and peaceful--5 little beauties sighted, gently enjoying Black and Blue Salvia, feeders without competition, Royal Catchfly, Blue Lobelia and Purple Prince Zinnias.
