While driving along highway towards our town transfer station, Eastern Branch of the Delaware River being to my left, spotted the Adult Bald Eagle perched on the high limbs of one of the few dead trees which is near the river. Stopped along road were I could observe for a few minutes. It was looking about but also did some feather grooming.
