I reported a hummingbird sighting yesterday (9/4/14) and for some reason it didn't go through. Yesterday there was 9 to 12 females and juvies going to the feeders, flowers and really chasing each other. Today I was observing my feeders and only seem to be 5-6 really taking very long drinks. I'm guessing a few left early this morning because I watched the feeders yesterday until it was dark. Yesterday was also the first time I haven't seen a male here since the spring!
