My dad has 3 feeders hanging in his backyard. Usually at this time every year we may see 10-15 hummingbirds feeding. On 9/5/14 we saw at least 50 hummingbirds swarming the feeders. It was beyond amazing. We stood watching for around 20 minutes. It was a mixture of males and females. We have never seen anything like it. It was awe inspiring!
