I was looking for migrating birds and saw 2 egrets at Potato Creek state park. I noticed out of the corner of my eye , the monarch. But it was strange. It had a white dot on it... I took several pictures and had to darken the pic and enlarge so I could read the tag.. I could read 1-888-tagging..looked like tag @ kj,edu...with tba 305..
