Three adult monarchs were sighted separately on Waugoshance Point in Wilderness State Park. Each was flitting near random plants and trees. None were observed nectaring or landing. Each was within 300 to 1,000 ft. of Lake Michigan in flat tundra and around small stands of trees. Steady wind 10+ MPH. Each appeared vigorous. Could not read gender or take photos. Beautiful, cloudless afternoon. Temp 75f.
