Clear, 70 degrees, light variable winds. All Monarchs were feeding on a large planting of flowering Joe Pye Weed in the town garden. It was the largest group we have observed in three years.

In addition, we spotted three Monarchs flying general south along the Lake Michigan shoreline at Van's Beach in Leland.
