saw 2 monarchs dancing and spinning in the air. never did land. wanted to land on the sun flowers, but just never did. wind was blowing, if that matters. took a couple pix and sent them on to Elizabeth at Journey North. Not real good but hope will make sure I saw what I think were monarchs.. watched them for 1/2 hour before I had to leave. drought remains severe. have water out in 8/9 places for critters.... birds and the bees.. Still plenty of sunflowers and petunias.
